I just got a No-Mar tire changer a few months ago, it was life changing. Less than an hr to do 2 tires, and don’t have to spend $80 and wait for the local dealer to do it.

Its basically a rod that goes through your wheel and sits on top of good bearings. It’s a simple setup but it allows you to find the heavy spot on a wheel.
